Today was the hardest training run ever. Woke up at 4:30am feeling sleepy, unmotivated, tired and moody. It was cold and windy - 11mi done.

@ I was until it started giving me crazy readings of 240 & up. I follow garmin instruction to fix the problem b nothing worked.

@ sorry 2 hear that. Is going to take a couple of days b4 it goes away, take it easy. Slow stretches later 2day might help a bit.

Ran 18mi pace 8:55, a little slower than previous efforts but I was feeling tired, ran 52mi this week.

Mixed Vega Sport with 1 cup of water before heading out. That was 2 much H2O right before running in the cold will try w/ less water next.

Ran 12mi this am, cold & windy, I was freezing b/ managed an 8:52 pace. Houston Marathon is in 5 weeks, I feel my training is going gr8.
