  1. Stressing over 2010 training goals. I'm going to put those thoughts to rest for now. Maybe tomorrow I can think clearly & figure things out.
  2. Enjoying my rest day, drinking coffee and getting ready for a productive day. I'm glad I'm not out there running today, it's cold and rainy.
  3. Today was the hardest training run ever. Woke up at 4:30am feeling sleepy, unmotivated, tired and moody. It was cold and windy - 11mi done.

  6. @dhpelite Because of the Garmin 310xt HR inaccuracy I'm only tracking pace and distance.
  7. @dhpelite I was until it started giving me crazy readings of 240 & up. I follow garmin instruction to fix the problem b nothing worked.
  8. @rich_davey sorry 2 hear that. Is going to take a couple of days b4 it goes away, take it easy. Slow stretches later 2day might help a bit.
  9. Ran 18mi pace 8:55, a little slower than previous efforts but I was feeling tired, ran 52mi this week.

  12. @lostman65 Became a vegan month ago & so far I'm feeling well from allergies & Energy. Plant-based diet minus soy & low on grains.

  17. Mixed Vega Sport with 1 cup of water before heading out. That was 2 much H2O right before running in the cold will try w/ less water next.
  18. Tried Vega Sport-I didn't feel any more energized than I usually feel in the am, maybe I was too numbed from the wind, to feel anything. :)
  19. Ran 12mi this am, cold & windy, I was freezing b/ managed an 8:52 pace. Houston Marathon is in 5 weeks, I feel my training is going gr8.
  20. @lostman65 I don't know how you do it, bundle up. You can only hope you'll be warmed-up half way through your run.
