  1. @fat2fitherts not with the price matcher ;)
  2. #FF Two great companies that you should follow and support @MyproteinUK and @TotalGreek
  3. @RustyShaghorn most certainly not :-) if you're trying to eat better I assume you're also getting/staying active? If so, salt isn't an issue
  4. @_philippakate good to know why you need a locker key... Haha
  5. Those of you who have downloaded and read my FREE eBook will know that I am a big advocate of testing and... fb.me/15EHnjCPL
  6. @MrKevinGrimes Hi Kevin! Best place to get it from is @MyproteinUK ! Awesome supplements, awesome prices!
  7. @PhilSimsPT @DSS123 ahhhh! Sorry! I misread that!!
  8. @LukeGatus 5g pre fasted HIIT or weights #nutrition
  9. @LukeGatus wow... topical! I've written an article for @MyproteinUK on the use of BCAAs which should be coming out soon!
  10. @gra1801 it can be done but should be done slowly and carefully. Minimum of 14weeks but depends on starting weight/body fat.
  11. @PhilSimsPT @dss123 what's the necessity to get levels up quickly? After 6 weeks you'll be in the same place as if you took 2000iu/day
  12. @DSS123 @philsimspt 5000iu per day is 200,000IU+ per 6 weeks... So you're on twice the dose Duncs.
  13. @DelDooley I recommend @MyproteinUK Vit D3, it's olive oil based yes. Not had any experience of @sunchlorellauk so can't really comment.
  14. @JackFaulkner90 @sale_exnut completely agree. I prefer to get testing done. At £30 a pop it's now affordable!
  15. @MilkItGB low fat milk!? Ergh :-/
  16. @GeraldSmith20 totally agree! MyProtein also have the greatest choice!!
