  1. have 6-8 oz of water every morn as soon as you rise and dont skip breakfast! eat something and get your gears in motion and your mind sharp!
  2. keep fit thru Fall, if not time 4 a full Workout, do 3 rounds of 12 pushups, squats and situps to keep you burning cals and tight n toned!
  3. get some fresh air 2day! right before or after lunch is a great time to take a 10 minute walk to clear your head and improve circulation!

  5. and Heirloom tomatos R in season! great in salads and super healthy! and throw some fresh figs in2 your salad 2 for a great combo of flavor
  6. start each morning with a glass of H20, and have lean proteins W/every meal 2 keep your body feeling good!
  7. pick up some kiwi, papaya and blueberries today, have a little w/each meal. all R super at keepin energy up and the immune system strong!
  8. use your legs today park further away, take the stairs, jog accross the street instead of walking anything extra u can do to get movin!

  19. Get Outside! whether for a walk, hike, bike, or run to feel the air and sun on your face, you will instantly feel energized and more alive!
