  1. Before you create your prioritized to-do lists, you first need to ask yourself "Should I be doing this task? Is it Quadrant I or II?"

  4. Every day I come to work and have to choose which tasks I'll work on and which will slip. It's all about setting priorities.
  5. The other person gets to choose if your explanation qualifies as an excuse for why something didn't get done. It's not your decision.
  6. There are 2 things in life--excuses and results. Excuses don't count. Say "I would like to explain" if there were extenuating circumstances.

  9. My to-do list is a pile of post-it notes. The bottom of the pile is starting to age--I call them my com-post-it notes.
  10. I tell engaged friends my wish for them is something will go wrong at their wedding. They'll tell that story for the rest of their lives.
  11. Adventures aren't fun while you're having them. The fun is telling the story for the rest of your life.
  12. 1st step in finding career you want is figure out who you are, what are your passions, & what your goals are. Easier said than done!

  14. Here's my best GMAT advice: study, study, study. Use Kaplan or Princeton Review study guide. Take lots of practice tests.
  15. Finished my Psych Assessments course. Did final paper on GMAT--format, scoring, interpretation, validity, reliability. I'm an expert now!
