  1. @vickydreiling @LouisaEdwards Yeah, shame is about to lead me there too. Especially since hubby stayed home today and he is dressed.
  2. @vickydreiling Ha, no kidding! You just can't interrupt the flow for a shower, for pete's sake!
  3. @maiseyyates @annvosspeterson I know! But must wait for confirmation, etc. Sigh. Want to spill though!
  4. @maiseyyates Patience, grasshopper. <g> (Though perhaps you are too young for that reference too! LOL!)
  5. @vickydreiling LOL, I'm not dressed either, Vicky. In fact, while I was working to meet that deadline yesterday, I never did shower. Ewww!
  6. @DonnaAlward Woohoo, Donna! Go, go, go! I was so relieved to get it done, let me tell you. :)
  7. Plus, have exciting news--but can't share yet! Mmmphhh!
  8. Revisions successfully finished and sent to editor. Now I am whipped. And they may not be quite right yet! We'll see.
  9. @maiseyyates Hey, partying is overrated anyway. What you're doing is much more important. :)
  10. Yay, revisions done all the way through! Now to reread and see if I took a giant leap in the wrong direction at any point. Back to grind.
  11. @bburnham Oh yay, so we are the same age. @maiseyyates makes me feel so old. :)
  12. @maiseyyates Europe is fabulous! I lived there for 10 yrs. Would go back in a heartbeat and do it again. OTOH, there's no place like home.
  13. The end, it is in sight. I can't wait to reach it!
  14. Okay, must sign off and finish these revisions! Slept late, am behind the curve! Much to do, and since my ed is in the UK, must send tonight
  15. @maiseyyates Ha! I'm not even sure I remember, truthfully. I moved to Europe in 1985, tho. Talk about a whole new world.
  16. @maiseyyates @bburnham I also remember the year I got my own phone to plug in in my room. Oh the coolness! ;)
  17. @bburnham @maiseyyates Y'all are both younger than I am then! My dad got a C64 when I was 18. That was 1985. I wrote college papers on it!
  18. @maiseyyates Dial up internet! Snort. When I was a kid, there was no such thing as internet! Or cell phones. <g>
  19. @jenthegingerkid I've always understood that whites can be chilled. Here's an article that says 35-40 degrees. http://tinyurl.com/ye4rwbj
  20. Okay, am back from fabo German dinner in HSV w/parents & friends. Must return to WIP. Don' wanna.
