@ Send Direct is broken on Lion. Looking into fixing it soon.
Send uses the default mail account in Mail.app

@ Use 'some text' ⇥ 'Large Type' then press ⌘↩ to get a 'command' object.
You can use the 'run after delay…' action on this.
