  1. @SteveMphotog well thats good to know. if its just for web i suppose small jpegs are fine. if i start printing huge then maybe 4800dpi tifs
  2. all this scanning technology and file types is enough to make me hate anything digital right now. wonder if i have room for a darkroom?

  4. when i scan as tif the file is so large that it crashes preview and elements is as slow as a snail! ahhh! should i try jpegs now?
  5. my computer is now backed up onto an external harddrive. with 700+gb to spare
  6. and what the hell is a partition scheme? and what is mac osx extended journalled mean? and....and...ahhhh...i need a cigarette

  8. i am so computer stupid that i am scared shitless to partition an external harddrive so i can use time machine and store files :(

  16. by the way, anyone know anything about kodak plus-x pan film 160 iso expired in 1964 that I should know before I shoot with it?
