  8. my hunch is if chrome succeeds (likely) then safari fades to irrelevance (except on iphone). what implications for apple?
  9. @lennysan yes, but at the expense of extra hurdles for developers. and from what i can tell safari uses webkit and is just as fast.
  10. @mikebulman that is fair, but for what reason? that is the question. is it a MS move or did they make something truly better.
  11. @laughingsquid vs safari i have noticed zero speed improvement. vs IE and firefox, yes.
