  1. @CllrVickyMD Ha ha! Think we could both do without any extra accounts to confuse us ;-)
  2. I've managed to delete @KingsHeadBrooke account from my echofon at last! All yours @CllrVickyMD!
  3. @mrsglobug @MissJimJams Occasionally see something I love in there but have to brace myself for feeling ranty by time I've bought it!
  4. @mrsglobug @MissJimJams I agree. Managers look at you like you're nuts when you suggest they might open up a till when dozens queuing!
  5. @mrsglobug Interesting to see if they pick up on your/our comments...
  6. @mrsglobug @Corbieres My personal least favourite is Zara. Loads of assts with no authority to do anything and snooty managers in hiding.
  7. @L_Saxton Hope it didn't taste like it does when @UnthankArms makes food (at home luckily!) after using nail biting stuff. Yuck.
  8. @mrsglobug @Corbieres @houseoffraser Same asst did pull v expensive pants out of box but I made her put them back neatly!
  9. @mrsglobug @Corbieres @houseoffraser Love it! I just couldn't stop giggling at my offering! Nearly wet myself.
  10. @mrsglobug @Corbieres @houseoffraser Oh, apart from this lovingly gift wrapped piece of jewellery. Looks like bag chips twitpic.com/9q07v9
  11. @mrsglobug @Corbieres @houseoffraser I'm trying to think of any experience I've had there. Obviously very forgettable!
  12. @Corbieres It's that 'extra' that makes so much difference for not that much more effort on their part.
  13. @Corbieres Was feeling very unenthusiastic until assistant from 1st dept actually found me to tell me she'd found thing I asked her for!
  14. @Corbieres Hit and miss indeed. They don't hold small furniture in stock but let me faff for 10 minutes before telling me that.
  15. Another lovely assistant tracked me down in another department to tell me she'd found what I was after. Bonus to her please!
  16. Mixed bag service wise from John Lewis. One dept didn't give a stuff that item not in stock but not marked as such.
  17. Busy night last night. And the prosecco was delicious... Open from midday.
  18. @CllrVickyMD I know @Brays_Cottage is big fan of kashflow - she can probably advise on reports etc.
  19. @CllrVickyMD We put tips through sage. N does payroll but we use book-keeper for management accts. Sage does give most comp reports.
