  2. First Daily Meeting as a Scrum Master this morning. First win = people actually stood up !
  3. "Control Vs Convince" part of this TED Talk made me think about Agile (How social media can make history - http://tinyurl.com/kwf2xd)
  4. @mikewcohn thanx for the link (and the useful metaphor)
  5. Anyone know where the "test automation pyramid" of @mikewcohn first appeared ? I only find reference to it.

  17. Nice quote from Karim Benameur during his session at Agile Tour Grenoble : "people are not resources. People have resources"
  18. Online discussion about those tiring "sprints" http://tinyurl.com/yhgcfah (they should rather run it like a marathon is the conclusion)
  19. Good point by @henrikkniberg At Grenoble Agile tour : "Sprint" in Scrum is not a well chosed named as it can imply you end up sworn out
  20. @testobsessed "balloon pattern" you mentioned yesterday at AgileTour Grenoble & could not credit is from @DavidEvans66 (mentioned in Berlin)
