  1. @JondeBeer: seriously warmer than London! It was fascinating, hot, beautiful and slightly lawless at times. How are you?
  2. Hello, London! Arriving back from Thailand to snowflakes is totally surreal.
  3. Happy Thanksgiving, Americans. I really miss my family today. (Nothing to do with pumpkin pie, I swear!)
  4. Policy wonks of London, unite! http://yfrog.com/33luknj
  5. Today; GPs, Wales, care planning, clinical networks, Scotland, collaboration, clinical networks, presentation (late!), restorative justice.
  6. Watching C4's 'Inside Britain's Israel Lobby' whilst writing action plan for restorative justice group. Not doing either thing thoroughly!
  7. At Peter de Wit's cafe in Greenwich, listening to the lovely stylings of Mark Bassey and Dave Frankel. http://yfrog.com/3m53407700j
  8. On train from Cardiff; event hosted by NHS Confederation. Reading new health reform programme in English as not fluent in Welsh...
  9. Listening to Greg Dyke speak on leadership. "What I believe is that culture change is not an intellectual experience but an emotional one."
  10. Memories flooding after an email from my primary school teacher; my first paper, on the internment of Japanese-American citizens during WW2.
  11. @johnwillis7: "Why should I practice restorative justice when no one has ever shown me justice of any kind?" - (a child asked me this)
  12. @johnwillis7: tough question. Don't have enough experience yet; instinct says it is better than custodial sentences for 1st/2nd convictions!
  13. Last restorative justice encounter tonight has broken my heart. What some of these kids have survived before court appearance is incredible.
  14. @GlobalWonk: sounds enjoyable! I like divergence in views and find that dialogue in this context is often rewarding and insightful.
  15. Brain fried after all day session on influencing and driving policy development across devolved UK landscape.
  16. @GlobalWonk: I can't believe I missed your tweet about John Bolton! How was the dinner?
  17. @stratwonk: No reply, but better than a complaint! I still don't understand how the email got sent in the first place. I blame Microsoft.
  18. Thanks to kind folk at the Social Market Foundation my lost iPhone is back. Me in the morning with no coffee = danger, Will Robinson!
  19. Strangely proud that I recognised Ecuador's flag in a pub quiz tonight. Much less proud that I recognised the top of Billie Piper's head.
  20. Pondering the difference between digital advocates and digital activists...not sure I clearly understand either.
