  1. Musing: I wonder if the American taste for sandwiches with ~7 elements + bread is another result of poor quality ingredients? Thoughts?
  2. @cookitaly thanks for the Santa Lucia tweets - they were a treat!
  3. @ItalianAmerGirl wow. It's a pity Milano didn't have more to say, and the "actors" are really showing their stupids. Old vs youth? Really?
  4. @paulbarron Haven't used fb ads for La Romita programs - yet - but had some success with them on other projects. Like their implementation.
  5. @paulbarron and some more reclusive sorts don't /want/ to be found by just anyone, so that makes FB strategically unviable for them
  6. @paulbarron not crazy about the dual message: Privacy First! (But don't use it because we need the marketting $$)
  7. RT @italofileblog: RT @paulbarron: The Day Has Come: Facebook Pushes People to Go Public http://ow.ly/KAzP
  8. "A life, in 68 sketchbooks" - article about one of our 2010 instructors, Ken O'Connell http://bit.ly/4oPMkH
  9. @ItalianAmerGirl re jshore: lemonade from lemons - it would be interesting to have dialog about the JS subculture vs greater itamer reality
  10. ooo that smarts! RT @italy_revealed: #Italy #News Bang does the Lamborghini http://bit.ly/7xzbHC http://bit.ly/Azmxz
  11. @catharticwench lucky!
  12. @ela_tarantella thanks for the follow - I agree re guido - just because it's "popular" doesn't make it acceptable.
  13. RT @cookitaly: GREAT Read & RT Zacharycohen RT @eatsustainable: Great new Maira Kalman blog on food in the USA http://bit.ly/10RUi
  14. @Sprezzatura same with mine ;)
  15. @Sprezzatura so the obvious question is: what would it take for me to get on the "special guest" list?
  16. on the subject of coffee & disparities twixt italian and american conceptualizations: italian espresso types http://bit.ly/8VFJUj
  17. @Sprezzatura thanks for the RT - I originally got that from @italofileblog. The only way to take coffee after dinner is 'corretto'!
  18. @artcworld hope it's nothing serious!
  19. @ItalianAmerGirl I suppose the "jersey shore subculture" exists, but I wish it didn't so dominate the American conception of "Italians"
  20. RT @danleone: If your plan to teach me how to get rich quick doesn't include mailing me one million dollars, then let's not be friends.
