  18. No birds today. My back pain kicked my butt no sleep last night. Saw Dr. PT and muscle relaxer.
  19. Went out birding this morning. Eagle Creek,IN. Yellow Warbler, Orchard Oriole, Willow Flycatcher. New to me. Plus all the usual suspects.
  20. Getting real frustrated with Twitter and iTunes. I am going to go for a walk and leave the technology behind for a while.
