Walked along tidemark. Pelicans flapped their wings, half in & half out of the river as it merged w/ the sea. Sea lions watched languidly.

I wrote "gotcha" 2 someone, then realized it has 2 meanings. I meant, "I understand" not "I GOT U. Na,na, na." Double meanings everywhere.
