  16. HB 1366 just passed, it is a bill that uses an unconstitutional method to create a policy as unconstitutional as the original policy
  17. The cell phone ban passed, but it was amended down to a secondary offense.

  19. The amendment passed, removing the death penalty ban from the bill!
  20. The Senate is now debating the death penalty bill. Currently an amendment is up to eliminate the death penalty part of the bill.
