  13. How many more promises can a biz tolerate from carriers and other vendors that say, “this IS the year that we will save you money?”
  14. Ask yourself: Would I tolerate any vendor submitting invoices w-out providing the ability to measure, manage and make decisions on my own?
  15. Outsiders prevent biz from making basic comparisons in hcare by not providing data in a usable format. Biz becomes frustrated and confused.
  16. Healthcare is not that complicated. Outsiders want this appearance so biz won’t stand up and ?, since biz can’t ? what they don’t understand
  17. Obama did good job. Though too few details to improve transp/competition. Biz's need tools/tech to find all waste, if that, THEN competition
  18. Entities that surround the company healthcare plan recommend cost shifting just as long as their revenue streams remain intact.
  19. Outsiders that have vested conflicts are not interested in finding solutions to lower medical benefit costs w/out reducing their own income.
  20. When will biz that pay the health costs for ee's get angry enough and take charge of their own medical costs and not rely on outsiders?
