  4. Is it time to go home yet?
  5. @m1xzg @m0eav I wrote about Google vs The Deer a while ago (http://bit.ly/KOsQ)

  7. @AB9RF ... that principal intends on keeping device even though it's illegal to possess.
  8. @AB9RF I've re-read it and you're right. But the Globe & Mail story ( http://bit.ly/aSj3 ) gives a little more detail and mentions...
  9. @EricJacksch @another_squid Jammer at school is also a way to cut down on cheating.

  14. @another_squid @EricJacksch Some teachers say "put your phones in this box when you enter the room" and confiscate any that dont.
  15. @EricJacksch @another_squid said it best. school stairwells are high traffic areas so shouldn't be an issue.

  17. @another_squid Static generators block reception. Better jammers act like a very loud cell and only allow select calls to go through.
  18. @another_squid Preventing "leakage" would be a term of a license, I would assume. No DIY installation on common walls, for example.
  19. @another_squid possibly, but first responders may need mobile devices that absolutely can't be interfered with.
  20. @another_squid ... the jamming can't "leak" out of the building.
