@ Yes - melt choc, stir in extract + remove from heat, then pour on parchment-covered pan and top w/ candy canes, sanding sugar

@ I should rephrase ... I prefer white choc peppermint bark. In other recipes, bring on ALL chocolate! I love dessert :)

@ more peppermint extract if needed - maybe closer to 1 tbsp. Depends on personal preference :)
