  1. @Nanmac3109 I am not going to accept it. Gonna fight for ongoing change; better congress.
  2. @LJSearles everything abt Obama has defied conventional wisdom. Dems will lose if they stay home. That's it in a nutshell.
  3. @Nanmac3109 yep. What a payoff that would be for them. Simply refuse to participate, frustrate dem base and rwnj win. Not.
  4. RT @wbaustin: Senate Set to Open Health Care Debate http://bit.ly/8VrWAD || classic fox framing/wishful thought.
  5. @Nanmac3109 great to remember perspective. I wish the left would pull itself out of its critical funk, start playing to win.
  6. @MiasStar yes, it was a play on that title. Plouffe wrote a terrific book.
  7. 1 of the most devastating messages from the left: Obama is a sellout. Yet, he took no PAC or lobbyist's $$$. None. Zero.
  8. As for being demoralized, I submit that the most demoralizing messages have come from the left, not the right.
  9. If dems stay home and pout in 2010 they will have only themselves to blame for deadlock in DC. Already forgetting change is a group effort
  10. @dmf71 awesome book, but not all Christians are RWNJ, or corrupt. Let's specify dogmatic fundamentalism as culprits
  11. Just finished Plouffe's book. Really wonderful to walk back thru the campaign. Many reminders that POTUS is a principled steady leader
  12. @MiasStar David Plouffe's book "The Audacity to Win" just finished it...fabulous read, great reminder of who our President is/what he values
  13. Okay. Back to the book. Already 1/3rd thru it. Great read
  14. @rebeccay :-(. If it's any comfort, it does grow back fast.
  15. @PopandIce me too. Those kinds of warnings are why I resist criticism of President as much as I do.He needs support of those who elected him
  16. @stevekimura ditto that. I love how everything is such a flurry for them
  17. RT @natthedem:On CNN, John King has Sens. Dick Lugar and Jack Reed on to discuss AfPak, while Rep. David Obey talks about how we pay for it.
  18. @UTsavage yeah, I make it a point never to watch them. I just like predicting what they're going to say. They don't disappoint.
  19. @aliceinthewater I know. It's better than ambien for sleep vibes too
  20. @chrisgeidner ahhh, my mistake. AG Graham in place of President McCain. :-)
