  11. We need to "Estimate our own tasks" don't estimate for other people. Only they know their own skill level.
  12. To make better estimates we need to "Break big tasks down" (the smaller the pieces the easier they are to estimate and sum)
  13. We also should start keeping a log of our estimates vs our actual times. (@mjeaton using Zen from www.agilezen.com)
  14. We also have to stop "off-the-cuff estimates"
  15. We also need to "Learn from mistakes", usually we don't bue we really need to. To get better at our estimates.
  16. What can to do to make our estimates better? Well one thing is COMMUNICATE MORE!
  17. We forget "stuff".... that's another reason why our estimations are often wrong. (standing meetings, vacations, time off)
  18. Bad requirements are another reason why our estimations are often wrong.
  19. Often times were forced into "unknown domains." Because they are unknown ther are harder for us to estimate.
