  7. Had a great 45-min.spin class Interval Workout. But I forgot my HR monitor chest strap-Guessing is not as effective as using the HR monitor

  11. I had a great 12 min. No Excuses Workout & 6 mile run: 39:57 (6:40 per mile pace), avg. HR=164 (my AT=178) & burned 733 cals. Great workout!
