  8. I think the TV show "Rescue Me" is underappreciated. This season has been a return to form of sorts.
  9. Guillermo Del Toro (of Pan's Labyrinth fame) co-wrote a book, "The Strain." I haven't read it, but I just bought it. Will it be worth it?

  11. Wilco has a new CD coming out June 30. I hope it's worth the wait. The first track released on iTunes sounds promising.
  12. Went to watch "The Da Vinci Code" on cable, got the "The Da Vinci Coed" instead. They're quite different movies.
  13. I generally don't care for animated movies, but "WALL-E" surprised me -- clever and cautionary.
