  1. Day off today so up at 4am to take family to watch the rally. What a glutton for punishment!
  2. @johnmclear drop me a reminder tomorrow and I'll put you in touch with the people working on FITS
  3. At #osschools - already evident that this is going to be a very interesting day
  4. @enricocadillac Should. Can't. Still - off to hospital to see them in a few!
  5. @Jimfer I must have an old mobile number for you then, cos you shoulda got the text. 9lb 9oz, long legged redhead. both her and mum well
  6. @adders Am indeed. Born yesterday at 2pm - piccies at http://bit.ly/pMLeN
  7. Up, but still a bit tired. Not the most restful night ever, too excited. Still a few hours before I can go and see my girls again.
  8. @adders In warks they start this friday
  9. But seemingly teens don't use Twitter... http://bit.ly/dFTPI
  10. RT @mberry: Nielsen report on how teens use media http://bit.ly/6jVlU #ylda
  11. @Jamesallenonf1 Your feeds link on the new site doesn't seem to work - at least in firefox
  12. @kevchandler Yes indeed. I find the whole green energy issue fascinating (I'm sad like that) but a bit depressing. Green != ethical tho
  13. @Jimfer The problem is always the lack of capital investment. and disagreements about what constitutes green. Nuclear is good on Co2
  14. @Jimfer Look good - http://www.ecotricity.co.uk/about/OurFuelMix/ is the real story, and it looks pretty good
  15. @kevchandler They do seem to be, yes. Interesting choice of categories on that site.
  16. @Jimfer Chatting to our resident Eco-chap, and he quite rates Eon. if you can get past kingsnorth, in schools they are good apparently
  17. @Jimfer Really, the problem is that none of them can fulfil the demand for eco-energy, so you're a little stuffed. Need moar infrastructure
  18. @Jimfer As i understand it, EDF are still the market leaders in "green energy". So not sure who you'd go to to make a real difference
  19. http://bit.ly/Xavn0 - Not sure that I'd trust Microsoft or Google with data any more than the govt. Like the bit about open standards tho
  20. @maleghast Just expensive. Which is a shame, as it's really rather good.
