  1. In Lewes, relaxing in expectation of a good bonfire night, watching as the windows are boarded up.
  2. The thing I love about burlesque nights is how they celebrate women of all shapes, sizes and ages.
  3. The asbestos removal truck has set up shop outside the building. While novel, it lacks something of the excitement of an ice-cream van...
  4. Fighting an urge to put up 'Out of disorder' signs in my building at the University, but that would be misleading...
  5. @mhsutton Not sure I'm afraid, nothing mentioned to me, have now headed off towards Walsall for the evening.
  6. @mhsutton I'm visiting Birmingham Friends of the Earth. Seven charities collaborate to provide the lockup service at the festival.
  7. @mhsutton Interesting challenge that. Perhaps. Shall think on it when I've escaped from Digbeth. :)
  8. @mhsutton Ooh, that could be great fun. :)
  9. @GlastoWatch That would be wonderful! I'll get someone on it. Thanks.
  10. At Glastonbury festival property lockup meeting. Yet another year expressing sadness that people so often don't know about us.
  11. OH: "...and then we lost our entire artillery to the nuns armed with forks."
  12. Learning an important lesson in the value of asking for help when needed. Asking for support is never a sign of weakness, it takes strength.
  13. Not dwelling on the interesting things I've missed in the last few days (including #OTA, #LKUK09 and a fancy dress tea party) no, not at all
  14. @orbific Good luck! Really sad I can't make it.
  15. @mhsutton I'm so there! Having heard so much about them I'm really looking forward to it. It should be a really useful workshop.
  16. OH: "Why are there giant popcorn in purgatory?" (Good retrospective moment)
  17. @deborahh Thanks! I visualized it and achieved success. ;)
  18. Safely back in England, despite passport omission, parked in traffic behind what looks to be a massive accident on A23 by Staplefield.
  19. And, as if by magic, I have (hopefully sufficient) travel documents to fly back to England. I really love Norway.
  20. Massively impressed with the service at Trondheim Politi.
