  1. Yesterday AM completed 10 day training block in OH with a Tetrafied 5 Miler in Strongsville Metroparks + SUPU'S B4 heading back to FL.
  2. 4th day of 09 Death March Diet only 1 shake (after run #1) & 1 meal (after run #2). AM Ran 1-Hr in Brooklyn w/2K on track. PM 1-Hr run @11pm
  3. Writing & fasting yesterday only managed to get in easy 1-Hr run followed by a 1-Hr mountain bike ride on muddy trails in Brunswick Hills
  4. Ran brisk 4 mi in am w/SUPU & just finished 2nd run of EZ 3. Hardcore DeathMarchDiet 2Day. Need 2 shed muscle weight for race to B lighter.
  5. 1st workout-11am after the NC-24 Awards. 8.5 miler out-n back in 55 min paced by Marc Sylvester. Last 2 hurt. 1st time over 5 mi since 08.
  6. I'm motivated after seeing the NorthCoast 24-Hr Endurance run. I've decided 2 run New York Marathon in 4 weeks. Tall task & no time 2 waste.
  7. About to break radio silence, shut everything down for 30 days.

  10. Getting loaded on supplements before am workout - today's stack: 2 tabs/caps each of x 5-Tetra, Elevate-ATP, Endorphix, ErgoCaps & 4-Nitro
  11. Yest morn after writing ran 90 min in sun while stopping to do 50 knuckle push ups every 10 min then 10 min nonstop of leg lifts on cement
  12. This morning ran 4 miles then did 1 hour of deadlifts, this evening hit heavy bag for 30 min, 10 X 10 pull-ups, 2 X 50 rep calf blast offs
  13. I"m just doing one workout per day this week lasting three hours each.
  14. In Melbourne for SPACE COAST Classic Championships at Melbourne Auditorium. Competition appears to be fierce and the crowd a jubilant one.
  15. Traditional lunch here in South Florida: First Watch Cafe -Power Wrap with chicken breast, jack cheese and a wheat germ pancake w Ice Tea
  16. Ran 5 miles in downtown Pittsburgh at 6am yesterday, a 50 minute tempo run on the tread last night and another easy 5 this morning.
  17. Rock n Roll Marathon expo was packed today in San Diego
  18. Endurance and persistence pay off in the long run. To get started set a goal of going outside for 1 hour each morning to walk, jog or run.
