  2. watching Kelly Rippa talk about a spin class with weight. Horrifying. NEVER, EVER use weights that way as you are doomed to injure yourself.
  3. Baseball players asking for better quality, healthy food instead of the crap they generally eat. Go players & pass the info to kids in need
  4. PLEASE don't give food as holiday gifts as NO ONE needs food and instead give stress reducing candles, music, tea, bath salt or body lotions
  5. Mediterranean Diet costs $1 more per 1,000 calories than typical American diet, but isn't a healthy mind/body worth it as benefits are huge?
  6. If you or someone you know just thinks they may be having a heart attack, give an aspirin and rush to the hospital or call 911. Don't wait!

  9. People have to stop the excessive eating. Sitting in LAX waiting to board and almost everyone is eating some junk food. When will it stop?
  10. At Disneyland with my son who. Is on speed. This place is an appetite supressant as most of the people are HUGE and are eating nonstop!
  11. Sundays do NOT have to be an eating frenzy and make sure to exercise and use your time to plan your eating, exercise and sleep for week.
  12. Looking at AMAZING picture of Christina Ricci in a bathing suit in the most recent "Us" weekly. What does she do for exercise? Lifts weight!
  13. watching Whoopi read an email about kids and eating butter and bacon and drinking Koolaid and blames lack of activity. Wrong! It's portions!
  14. By the age of 40, men have a 1 in 8 chance of suffering sudden cardiac death over the rest of live. Good reason to watch weight and lift.
  15. Lighting peppermint candles as research shows that minty aroma stimulates the alertness region in the brain and distracts you from snacking.
  16. Obese priority in CA for N1H1 shots. SMART! Reward them for over eating and under exercising and see how that motivates them to take control

  18. We continue to think genes are causing obesity when we KNOW it's overeating and the wrong exercise. Stop it and put the fork down and lift.
