  9. @milktrader v. fast (for e-ratio calc), lots of existing code, strong user base, only $200.. I shamefully admit I hvnt used it much since :(

  11. @milktrader I did hear there is a rather ok version of TD Sequential on NinjaTrader forums but never got it - wanted to write it myself
  12. @milktrader I have written some high level/pseudo code of TD Sequential but as per my blog comment its pretty tricky - have left it for now

  17. @milktrader I personally use TextPad - which is really good and simple - and easier to "learn" than vim I think. Notepad++ is also good
