  1. Salaam Remi preparing to drop new Spragga Benz album: http://bit.ly/66EH5y. Finally, a new reggae project that's not half assed.
  2. Now we already know it's gonna suck. Don't do it, Moses. RT @allhiphopcom Scott Storch Working On Shyne's New Album http://ow.ly/Qz0w
  3. @Aqua174 No doubt. But if they signed to Tommy Boy we would have never heard them. You know how/why Gravediggaz got started, right?
  4. I can't say it enough, this Empire of the Sun album is fire, no pun intended. Really.
  5. Drinking an Abita, listening to the Empire of the Sun album, getting long delayed work done. Feeling good after first gym visit in a minute.
  6. @Aqua174 Tommy Boy wouldn't have known what to do with Wu Tang. It was always more of a DJ-oriented dance label.
  7. @tablesauce But I'm dead serious. We can discuss it sometime, there's something everybody misses w/that record that is complete genius
  8. It just doesn't stop. RIP, Omega Supreme RT@AllHipHop.com NEWS - Organized Konfusion's DJ Omega Supreme Dies Of Cancer http://ow.ly/16eeRY
  9. @RAFMartinez Supreme is definitely a better executed album. But I think "Pretty Toney" is more fun to listen to, and I go back to it more.
  10. @tablesauce People not getting the genius of that album makes me like it even more. I can break it down for you if you'd like.
  11. @Aqua174 I could go with Vaudeville as No. 1, tho. It's the most immersive, well pulled off rap concept album I can think of.
  12. "Lickupon" might be Doom's best track. Definitely one of the greatest rap song titles of all time. http://bit.ly/cOJj9
  13. @Aqua174 Hated Mmm Food. For me its 1) Op: Doomsday, 2)Vaudeville Villain, 3) King Geedorah, 4) Madvillain
  14. I know both those albums are inconsistent with occasional wackness. But the good songs on there are the best of Jay and Ghost's careers.
  15. Some more unpopular rap album opinions I've developed over the decade: Roc La Familia>Blueprint. Pretty Toney>Supreme Clientele
  16. 'Cause after you were born here, everyplace else sucks? RT @Aqua174 @PaulCantor Why do people live in New York?
  17. Vaudeville Villian is a smarter, more consistent and better produced record than Madvillainy, if you ask me.
  18. I wonder if any of the people constantly singing Madvillain's praises ever bothered to listen to the Viktor Vaughn "Vaudeville Villain" LP
  19. But it was only the 2nd best Doom album RT @Aqua174 @DontBlameEmeka: Madvillainy was one of the best albums to come out this decade
  20. There's nothing you can say to make me want to see "Avatar."
