  5. @der42 Trying to come up with guidelines for gov. linked data, so pretty generic. eg school name changes, staff changes, pupil changes.
  6. @der42 After mechanisms that can reflect how things change over time. Want to retain the fact it *was* true, while reflecting new truth.

  10. Maybe the mistake is assumption that RDF statements are ever really true: we need the Topic Maps concept of scope.
