Still training for the Marathon! Yes I have lost my mind.

Began training for the Music City Marathon today. Sort of ran 3 miles. I am a fat old guy but Jeff Allen said I couldn't do it so I have to!

I have been working all day! The only thing I have to be greatful for is that I don't have to do it tomorrow.

I am heading for the beautiful country of Belize, a place that makes Mexico look like a well run, clean country.
