Just got done walking with Kendra. Now to head home, clean up and then get some dinner. Grilling out some hamburgers and corn tonight.

| JavelinTiger After the run played the Heritage course, shot a -23 all around I was killing it, but the course was rated too easy and favored lefties :) |

| JavelinTiger Ran a 22:40 5k on the track today, not too shabby for my first timed workout since I've been back running. Overall I was pleased with it. |
