  12. USAA's remote deposit now accounts for 1/4th of monthly deposits. Smart approach for non-branch bank like USAA. #DITownHall
  13. USAA "Deposit@Home" has been hugely effective. Became first bank to roll it out for iPhones, in August. #DITownHall
  14. Advantage of online: Various parties can access information remotely, control cash flow, time payments, track bucks better. #DITownHall
  15. Smallbiz has the need to coordinate with owner, controller, CPA, etc. But it's still about knowing where the money is going. #DITownHall
  16. Smallbiz customers have similar motives, but more complexity: invoicing, taxes, signing authority/access by bookkeeper. #DITownHall
  17. Online tools will help by providing the dashboard, the measuring stick, the reassurance, the sense of when they need help. #DITownHall

  20. Most consumers will stumble upon the PFM tools. Categorization will offer immediate rewards. Make it a priority. #DITownHall
