  9. Sorry everyone. I just don't see the point to twitter. I'm going to be removing it from my daily routine.
  10. @StephenPDean There are only two paragraphs on that chapter so far. I'll send the password to all commenters on the blog when done.
  11. @JimSansi The excellent (and healthy) meats here are fish and chicken. The chicken is unbelievably good. I obviously fully cook it.
  12. @JimSansi They don't age beef here. I only like it asada style overcooked here so I only have beef every few months here.
  13. @JimSansi In the states, I lived on a ranch. Bought beef from local ranchers. Grass fed, but they did age the beef.
  14. @JimSansi My sources in the states didn't have any weird flavors. They were excellent. Down here all beef tastes funny. Not gamey tho.
  15. @Patrick_Barrett It seems difficult to get those things in the U.S. Easy here.
  16. @Patrick_Barrett Only grass fed beef and wild fish. Only eggs from free range and real milk from grass fed cows down the street.
  17. @Patrick_Barrett That's interesting. I haven't met any non-vegans trying raw before now. I cook beef and fish, but lightly.
  18. @Jack_Keifer The raw fooders have a ton of benefits though. Most look like elves to me. They are so healthy, they glow with youth.
  19. @Jack_Keifer Even eating most or all meat raw is also fine if quality meat is available... Otherwise cooking it for health.
  20. @Jack_Keifer All of the longest living societies on earth eat meat or fish... and lots of it. Eating most plants (or even all) is fine.
