  1. As I did with McTwit or Twitter audio tutorials, I'd include a link in the documentation for the JAWS scripts, helping blind folks learn TB
  2. Let me ask any of you good at producing audio tutorials (which I am not) to consider one for Thunderbird with or without my JAWS scripts
  3. @jeroenmeijer Would you rather maintain mctwit.com or transfer it to me? I am glad about community efforts to support McTwit
  4. @mishu70 Unfortunately, I could not find any unique graphic recognized by JAWS to indicate an attachment exists for current message in list
  5. Added keys for focusing on fields when writing msg: Alt+T for To, Alt+C for CC, Alt+B for BCC, Alt+S for Subject, and Alt+M for message body
  6. Beta 0.999 of JAWS scripts for Mozilla Thunderbird (finally, last beta before 1.0 release!) http://EmpowermentZone.com/tb_scr.exe or .zip
  7. How To Guides: The Best of 2009 http://gizmodo.com/5433281/
  8. How Twitter Conquered the World in 2009 http://mashable.com/2009/12/25/twitter-2009/
  9. @mishu70 Thanks for research into attachment identification. I'll invistigate further
  10. Includes fix for spelling of items when moving quickly through list or treeview, and others. See change log
  11. Beta 0.998 of JAWS scripts for Mozilla Thunderbird http://EmpowermentZone.com/tb_scr.exe or .zip (manual install needed on 64-bit Windows)
  12. @PD90 I suspect that happens without scripts, though am not sure. Anyway, I'll try to continue fine tuning of speech
  13. @PD90 The flawed top message is a bug. Are you sure the double speaking and spelling of treeview items is new?
  14. @Brettsta21 Should be fixed in the latest release
  15. TB scripts have addressed Alt+D for date, minimizing double speaking of list items, and reading message body with Enter
  16. Beta 0.997 of JAWS scripts for Mozilla Thunderbird http://EmpowermentZone.com/tb_scr.exe or .zip (manual install needed for 64-bit Windows)
  17. @Brettsta21 That is intentional, since top line is msg subject, which was already heard in msg list before pressing Enter
  18. @mishu70 If you figure out way for JAWS to identify attachments, I'll try to script it. That info is not given by MSAA as far as I can tell
  19. @mishu70 Thanks for much helpful feedback! I'll work on issues you raised
  20. @ppatel Thanks - we're making progress. Just uploaded another version that may fix the Alt+D problem
