@ once you create a list, go to either your following/followers and there are drop down buttons on the left side of each person

@ Lists allow you to create groups or "lists" of people ie "techies" "writers" "news" etc. a great way to orginize.

Here are my specs: 2GB RAM, 1.7GHz processor, 80GB HDD, the rating I get is 2.0 for the video card...Aero runs smoothly though.
