  12. Microsoft & News Corp are discussing a deal where Rupert Murdoch would take his properties, delist them from Google and relist them on Bing.
  13. Ad revenue in newspapers is down. In Q3 2009, print sales fell to $5.82 billion from $8.19 billion a year earlier. Online ads dropped 17 %.
  14. A hole in a bagel? The owner of NY bagel maker H&H Bagels, Helmer Toro, has been arrested for stealing WH taxes from his bagel business.
  15. The IRS gone wild. The IRS filed a lien of $33 million against Joe Francis, CEO of the company that produces the “Girls Gone Wild” videos.
  16. You have pink slips. After spinning off from Times Warner, AOL is cutting its work force by one-third, laying off more than 2,000 employees.
