  1. I hope you found our tweets useful- thanks for following.
  2. watch out for our thoughts at ipexpert.ccieblog.com.
  3. we're wrapping it up here. overall pretty much as expected. m'soft clients and apps have no place in this exam- departure from real world
  4. CUPS will not be integrated with CUCM. 3 types of client used- IPPM (IM on phone), CUPC-control of 7965, CUPC softphone-mode.
  5. @AHannah316 - i really really really think you should use the examples on the BACD config guide. but my guess is the ans to your Q is Y.
  6. i hate the CUE cmd line. I don't want to ever use it again in my ilfe although i appreciate it might be quicker than the GUI.
  7. at last- the rumour that the GUI has been disabled on CUE is BS! People just forget the command "ip http server"
  8. from an earlier conversation: voice-class codec, although configurable, is not supported within voice register pool (SIP Phone).
  9. I have to play more with VPIM. The speaker mentioned VPIM is testable. From my own testing with UC- DNS is mandatory for VPIM to work.
  10. Unity Connection- VM only. integrated messaging not tested currently. Did marketing tell them- "throw away anything from Microsoft"
  11. Unity Connection will be pre-configured with "base" integration info. You will create users/callhandlers/etc. nice timesaver.
  12. B-ACD is still testable. Version is 2.1.2.2
  13. thats headline news right there- UCCX integrated but most likely broken.
  14. UCCX integration will be done. HOWEVER you will need to TROUBLESHOOT integration problems. You will have to modify the script as before.
  15. @fryguy_pa, no doubt - do you think they will run until 6??
  16. @CCIE_Voice the speaker stated that windows dhcp is possible but they are trying to move away from windows configuration in the lab.(ad-lib)
  17. MEDIA- not too much change here. PVDM2 replaces PVDM. MTP resource on router is configurable. MOH- as we were.
  18. @CCIE_Voice, Windows DHCP
  19. so something we missed earlier. speaker said up to now CUBE has not been placed into lab due to bugs in the sw-but now CUBE is more stable
  20. @AndyYer, A to your Q: long ago we upgraded BC phones to 7962. Only things 65 support that 62's don't are GigE and Color.
