  1. @bryanl Or they think they know what the right features are, and they're wrong. Always worth trying to understand more of their context.
  2. @j4ngis Ah. Yes, "no one is more humble than me!" LOL.
  3. @j4ngis Almost?!
  4. @Cybersal Don't have to be on a less-than-huge screen to wonder that!
  5. @digitalhobbit Yeah, TWC >> Weather. Too bad Wunder only gets current conditions and not forecasts.
  6. @GeePawHill ROTFL! Reminds me of 80's era joke research report "while working on a death ray, we happened to discover a cure for cancer".
  7. @digitalhobbit Same here. 160 kB (I think) Apple IIe 5.25" floppies. What amazes me now is that graphical video games fit onto them.
  8. 2nd replacement of iPhone armor still defective. Better, but doesn't seal all the way around. Definitely getting a poor Amazon review....
  9. @dennyabraham Probably, though the rate must depend on the voltage being applied, too, right? And that is decidable by a smart-charger.
  10. @dennyabraham And then it seems to approach 100% asymptotically. :)
  11. @PatrickTulskie I'm with you. <grumble>
  12. >@marick I love how programming a computer is listed as one of the things humans are very good at. Clearly, the author is not a programmer.
  13. Ho ho ho! Win a Macbook Pro from @dealsplus for Christmas. Details here: http://bit.ly/7kMWCB
  14. @j4ngis Yes, supposedly it helps all parties understand one another's goals before they try to find a compromise that somewhat fulfills them
  15. @hardbap You (and the rest of us) got nothing on @lisacrispin 's husband.
  16. @PatrickTulskie As in sparring, you have to decide to be OK with being subject to consequences of your attack. :)
  17. @dbrady The latest TwitBird is the first app I've seen implement a rotation lock. Has significant bugs in other functionality, unfortunately
  18. RT @most_alive thanks to #git I can continue #tdd in small steps, even though I can't reach the #svn repository at $project. [dist. VCS FTW]
  19. @j4ngis Yours seems quite an Arab attitude, I believe. Interested if they truly open negotiations by sharing wish-lists with one another.
  20. My iPhone's charge rate seems to be so much higher when starting from low charge levels. 42% to 78% in the time it took to pee?!
