  1. @Copelandic We shall have to see good sir.
  2. @Copelandic Should be, at least for a while. I've discovered a severe lack of the monies for the next 6 weeks :/
  3. Reshuffled stuff in my room. Things feel MUCH better now, in spite of the lack of space.
  4. @cjkeeley For most things yes, I'll be sticking with XHTML. Just wanted to do something different for this, and HTML5 tempts me regularly.
  5. @cjkeeley I work to IE7+, Firefox 3, Safari and Chrome. I do try to make sure it functions in IE6, but past that I'm no too worried.
  6. @cjkeeley Ah, so you'll be working towards the resolution when you code it all up? That makes more sense now.
  7. @cjkeeley I'm actually flattered. I'd be wary of the 1200 unless you're ignoring 1024 entirely. I still like how it looks in spite of that.
  8. @cjkeeley I like the look. Nice and clean. How wide is the content? It looks to be too much for a 1024 browser width.
  9. @Woork I'll be the outsider and go with my own blogging system. Wordpress was nice when I worked on it though. Didn't like the admin panel..
  10. The Brads - Browser support http://bit.ly/4yjUc6 (via @bcolbow) It made me laugh.
  11. @dezshearer Good boy.
  12. @biggiantcrayon Oh I shall :)
  13. MacStories Christmas Apps Tree – 300 Licenses of Mac and iPhone Apps Up for Grabs http://mcstr.es/t/97 #appstree
  14. @LightingNations One or other would be highly beneficial to being harassed by people online ;) and check your facebook, criticism be there
  15. @LightingNations Out of interest, do you have a googletalk or msn account? Fitting feedback into a tweet is a pain.
  16. @LightingNations There's something off about the header text. It looks too industrial for what seems to be a parchment background...
  17. I took it and so should you—The Survey For People Who Make Websites, 2009: http://aneventapart.com/survey2009
  18. @LightingNations That's how it often goes, looks great in your head and then by the time it's on screen it just doesn't feel... right...
  19. @LightingNations I think that you could do better work, but of those the second is the nicer design.
  20. @LightingNations How will it handle large amounts of content (learning log) and what's the reason for the balloon? I think it's neat though
