  1. @zenbitch That would be "Confusion" by New Order. Absolutely LOVE that song.
  2. @TheAnimeGoddess Agreed. This is actually the main reason I've cut back on my anime intake: lack of animation quality
  3. @zenbitch great song from a highly underrated singer. People remember his look, but forget just how talented he really was
  4. @zenbitch That group is actually from my hometown. I always loved the audio sample of Spock saying "pure energy"
  5. @zenbitch just us Gen-Xers ;)
  6. @zenbitch See, now I'll need to put that entire album on when I get home. *sings* "ya got ta have-a faith-a, faith-a, faith-ah!"
  7. @hal_hildebrand indeed, and it is very telling that it is still being asked. Very few subcultures questions themselves so closely
  8. @haley_helena What? No Depeche Mode? ;)
  9. @PoliticsMN Perkins gives me a rash every time I accidentally run across him on TV. Another reason to avoid KARE11
  10. @hal_hildebrand There's no argument, per se. Goths are known for asking The Eternal Question: What Is Goth? It's a part of the subculture
  11. @paiiiige Goths as a rule do not cut themselves, then expose the scars to elicit commmentary. That would be a stereotypical Emo thing to do
  12. @hal_hildebrand Nope; that's Steampunk, as evidenced by the emphasis on retro tech. Victorian trappings do not make the Goth.
  13. Just went on a 4 mile run in 42 minutes and 25 seconds at a pace of 10:35 per mile.
  14. @lostinjax The "fad" some people believe the Gothic subculture to be is simply a continuation of a philosophy called Romanticism: http:/ ...
  15. @ruatara If you take the Goth pill, you'll achieve what other achieve, only without selling yourself out: http://tinyurl.com/l652fg
  16. @hjalmerduenow It depends; was he rocking that look, or simply wearing it? Emos hide; Goths make statements
  17. @DivineSatori WHat Kayalo has had to say is interesting, if a bit on the Fundamentalist side
  18. Just went on a 4 mile run in 42 minutes and 20 seconds at a pace of 10:34 per mile.
  19. @henchbot A Goth Hip-Hop group? Excellent! Check the track "I Shot Lucifer" by Bionic Jive if you've never heard one before.
  20. @hal_hildebrand actually, you have the wrong subculture. That image would be pure Steampunk.
