  2. Just finished a 5.5 hour Ninjitsu test and feeling quite calm and at peace.
  3. Try Surfing, CHECK! Decide if I like surfing - Still TBD. It's certainly not the easiest sport in the world.
  4. I have a new view on karma and reincarnation. Taken on a micro-scale each day is a rebirth which carries with it the karma of yesterday.
  5. @ltcooper I just had the most restful nap ever. And less than 20 min. I think I'll actually get through this third day adjustment day. Thax
  6. In this manner I define my True self as the kind of person whom I am perfectly happy with, & whom I must bring out in me to become complete.
  7. "truth" is the facts, principles, and reality. "Truth" is what I am defining as the ideas perspectives that that is perfect for t individual

  10. Truth is like a block of clay. It is there, solid and undeniable; but pretty darn boring. It has no meaning until people give it meaning.
  11. What is embarassment? Is it conditioned in us? Or is it a built-in mechinism to hide weakness and inadequacies? A tool of conformity?
  12. A pattern, is that what we are? Or is the pattern the effect of what we are. But what strands hold this pattern together?

  15. What is the "worth" of a person, according to that person, who's awareness IS the their world? To them, they ARE the world.
  16. I was wrong about self worth. What is there to compare? Is one more alive than another? Maybe.
  17. Just finished Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.
  18. The question then is, good enough for what?
  19. The only solution I can think of is self comparison. Personal improvement and optimization. Keep improving until you're good enough.
  20. Yet, there's no life without comparison. Eating this is better than that; doing this is better than ... Quality as Pirsig calls it.
