  12. The shower houses will be closed the week before Thanksgiving depending on the weather. Take a hike on our trails to check out the colors!
  13. Fall is a great time for camping! The Willow Lake and Schaben Park campgrounds will be open until the temperatures get near freezing.
  14. We'll use maps, compasses, and GPS to find prizes along the way. No cost. Program will be in nature center if bad weather. See you there!
  15. Don't miss Pirates of the Prairie, October 24, 1-3 p.m. at Willow Lake! Bring the kids for a treasure hunt on the prairie.

  20. HCCB will have a hunter safety class on August 20th and 22nd. Students must be 12 years old and attend both days to receive certification.
