Storms will likely develop around DDC to Hays late this afternoon. HUGE hail & gusty winds being the main threats...also isolated tornados.

LaCrosse tornado was rated an EF-2. Survey reports today from the NWS in DDC show the tornado produced EF-1 damage in the town of LaCrosse.
