I have been taking T'ai Chi lessons for 6 months and loving it, its helped my balance/coordination, leg strength, and stamina standing

Its a very simple thing to do but can have big results, I take a salt bath 2x week and its a tremendous help, I can tell a big difference

#2 if you take too high a dose you can begin to feel sad and sluggish, and it can zap your energy rather than helping increase your energy

There are some drawbacks to beta blockers, though
#1 many HMS patients have naturally low BP, and beta blockers make their BP too low

The beta blockers have stopped my heart palpitations and helped with other POTS symptoms like overheating and exhaustion - I recommend it!

Once I was sure my blood pressure wasnt too low (ie my top number stayed above 87) I began taking a full 25 mg pill
