  1. Regrouping and developing a new plan. I know where mt weakness lies, just can't seem to motivate. Wedding, moving & work aren't helping.
  2. OMG! 17 Days? I'm sure I'm gaining weight as we speak! F*ck!!!! Relationships are not conducive to being skinny. Why is that?
  3. 35 minute swim. Day 6 of my 31 day challenge to myself. Doing pretty well so far.
  4. Day before yesterday, 40 min. bike ride. Last night, 45 mins. of yoga on the beach.
  5. Still getting my head wrapped around it...schedules are a big problem right now, have to schedule more exercises.
  6. Having a really hard time getting back on track. Trying though, really I am. It's always on my mind....
  7. 45 minutes biking around the airport after work. That felt good.

  9. 60 minutes on the bike yesterday. Headed to the gym after work tonight. Going to "pump it up!"
  10. Time to re-evaluate my plan, get detailed. Inconsistent schedules are making it hard. Must.fight.to.get.back.on.track....
  11. Holidays mess up routine, which messes up diet and exercise plan. Got to get back on track now.
  12. 45 mins bike, a bit of ab work before work today.
  13. Squeezed in some stability ball ab exercises this morning before work.
  14. My goal is to lose 10 pounds in 30 days.......GO!!!!!
  15. This is my first relationship with someone that has similar gym habits as me. Having a healthy partner is very inspiring.
  16. Looking forward to H.I.I.T. tonight.
  17. Typically working out 5 days a week now. Have Gained some weight....the boyfriend is trying to convince me it's muscle...Not convinced yet.
  18. 5 min warmup; 20 min. H.I.I.T.; 5 min cooldown; 15 mins abs
  19. OK, it's coming. Another post soon and I'm going to reveal what's been going on and my new goals.....ready?
  20. Headed to the gym at 5am this morning. Haven't done that in a while.
