  9. @Genevieve1224 Thanks for the tip! I use one from Dr Mercola that doesn't have any chemicals in it but I will check out your suggestion too.
  10. a diet that is suited to their metabolic type and then I have not had any incidence of skin cancer or premature wrinkling with them.

  14. Going hiking/running in the Santa Monica Mountains in Pacific Palisades. Should be a seven miler :)
  15. Just did a 15 minute kettlebell workout that kicked butt.
