  7. great day at the market today. all vendors either sold out or 99% sold out. thanks to all our customers. our student stand did as well too.
  8. produce to be sold tomorrow: corn, basil, cabbage, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, and more from other vendors. 1929 Kenny Rd. 8:00-1:00.
  9. rainy day today. stayed away from field for soil compaction. worked on fliers and made some contact with new vendors. list coming soon.
  10. students have begun to look at what niche market means and how that fits in with the student run farm.
  11. students are researching what local means to them with the topics of marketing sustainable vegetable production. headin out to farm soon.
