  1. In the past it would have gone on and on, so I shouldn't beat myself up about it...but I wasn't physically hungry. Not great.
  2. Oh no....home alone for a few precious minutes...and I ate 2 100 calorie packs (Special Dark and So. Beach Soy Nuts) - 200 702/1700
  3. coffee (sugar and cream) -100 502 (used)/1700 total calories allotted
  4. Steele Cut Oatmeal (150), 1/3 Craisins (130), 2 t. unpacked brown sugar (22), 1/8 c. walnuts (100) =402 total 402/1700
  5. Just walked the causeway with my heart monitor. Walked 1 hour - in my cardio zone for most of it. (2.4 miles, 1'2")
  6. What the hell am I doing? Just had two more 100 calorie packs. total calories for the day=1647
  7. 9:45 Weight Watchers ice cream sandwich 140 1447/1600 allowed calories (plus chamomiele tea) Going to bed. Hopefully will be able 2 sleep
  8. 9pm about 1 cup5 of cherries 52 1 100 calorie pack (Swedish Fish) = 152 1307/1600
  9. I forgot the macaroon that I ate earlier this afternoon -85 1155/1600
  10. 6:45 weight watcher bar 130 1070/1600
  11. BigSaladCont - 2 oz. chicken breast 70 3T yogurt salad dressing 210 pecans and craisings 300 (probably not but so be it) 580 total 940/1600
  12. 6pm - Big salad. organic romaine, spinach, celery & red onion
  13. 12:30 - nectarine - 60 calories 360/1600
  14. 11 am - about 8 ounces of carrot juice (with a stalk of celery and a handful of spinach thrown in). ~100 calories 300/1600
  15. 1 cup of coffee same as earlier 100 (total 200 calories so far today out of 1600 allowed)

  17. snack: 1 weight watcher bar (140) Total: 1730||||||| Done for the night - went well over yesterday...got to get serious.
  18. Dinner: 3 oz. pot roast (280), 2 carrots, small roasted potatoe (100), piece of meatloaf (300) Total calories after dinner: 1570
  19. Snack - two tootsie pops (120), one cookie (70) Total so far in afternoon: 890
  20. Total through lunch: 700
