Poor Clem has red patch on eyelid with little white spots over it. Was wiping with sterile water but looks worse today. Any suggestions?

Hours getting Clem to sleep, finally have her settled, I then stub toe on crib & prat-fall into laundry basket. Baby awake again. Spiffy.
