  1. Important for @hookedonwinter and @comat0se to note: yer yeast is in transit, fellas. UPS has it in MA right now :)
  2. Just cracked open the new Wee Scottish Heavy to see where carbonation is at. Tasty as heck, but a little more time 'til perfect.
  3. @hookedonwinter Heh nice work :)
  4. Wow, that Honey Kölsch is bubbling like crazy already. Nice active fermentation so far. Double rye IPA still bubbling along slowly on day 7.
  5. RT @ChipperDave: New blog post Choosing a fermenter for your homebrew http://bit.ly/5FGe7r <- Great post. I use both plastic buckets & glass
  6. @Topher024 Just an update, UPS wasn't too bad for Ground, interestingly enough. About $15 to ship a 14# box of yeast samples :)

  11. Another good brewday. Did a golden kölsch today. Came in at 1.054 (touch high), but all pitched and put to rest.
  12. RT @chrisbutts: Is thankful for malt, barley, hops and water.
  13. @hookedonwinter @comat0se especially the Vermonster strains
  14. @comat0se five 22 oz "yeast samples" coming via UPS ;)
  15. Brewing Sunday, hopefully, doing a Kölsch with some honey. I'll have a little help, too, I think, which is fun.
  16. Double Rye IPA is bubbling away. SG 1.074 at 65F, less than 24 hours to fermentation bubble, which is great. WLP0001 should be great.
  17. @Topher024 Agreed, good points, thanks!
  18. @hbgeek Not sure, myself. Technically, I'm sending yeast samples ;) Either way, I'll probably go UPS just to be safe.
  19. Best way to ship beer from VT to CO: USPS or UPS?
  20. Note: @hookedonwinter and @comat0se - beer is in boxes. Packing it up today, sending out tomorrow. Finally.
