Just cracked open the new Wee Scottish Heavy to see where carbonation is at. Tasty as heck, but a little more time 'til perfect.

Wow, that Honey Kölsch is bubbling like crazy already. Nice active fermentation so far. Double rye IPA still bubbling along slowly on day 7.

@ Just an update, UPS wasn't too bad for Ground, interestingly enough. About $15 to ship a 14# box of yeast samples :)

Another good brewday. Did a golden kölsch today. Came in at 1.054 (touch high), but all pitched and put to rest.

Brewing Sunday, hopefully, doing a Kölsch with some honey. I'll have a little help, too, I think, which is fun.

Double Rye IPA is bubbling away. SG 1.074 at 65F, less than 24 hours to fermentation bubble, which is great. WLP0001 should be great.

@ Not sure, myself. Technically, I'm sending yeast samples ;) Either way, I'll probably go UPS just to be safe.
